Director of Catholic Charities Mary Martha Outreach (CC-MMO) – Bartlesville

This key management leader is responsible for the long-term sustainability of CC-MMO by fundraising, community outreach, marketing, resource management, and liability managements. Coordinator of Volunteer Engagement – Catholic Charities Mary Martha Outreach (CC-MMO) – Bartlesville

This part-time, non-benefited, hourly position will be the primary contact responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all volunteer program aspects of CC-MMO, under the supervision of the Director of Volunteer Engagement of Catholic Charities. Facilities Supervisor

This “hands on”, full-time, salaried position is responsible for setting and achieving high standards and objectives while managing the planning, execution, and communication of construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, vehicles, buildings, security, telecommunications, and safety compliance facilitates of Catholic Charities and Porta Caeli House. The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of facilities including client/vendor communication and negotiations. Budget development and management, customer service, staff management, problem solving and project management experience is required.

Custodian/Janitor

The Custodian / Janitor keeps the campuses for Catholic Charities clean, orderly, and in good condition.

Porta Caeli House needs Part-time Caregivers

In this part-time, non-benefited position the Caregiver serves a supportive role, acting as an advocate for the guest/family/caregiver.  The position of caregiver provides personal care, delivery of medication in accordance with the hospice plan of care along with emotional, spiritual care for the guest and their circle. Open shifts are available for Friday evenings, Saturday and Sundays. Click here to view a complete job description.
